Siliguri, 15 May (Siliguri Chronicle) – A conference focusing on the future of the real estate industry in North Bengal was organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (North Bengal) at a hotel near Siliguri’s Eastern Bypass on Friday.
Darjeeling MP Raju Bista attended the programme as the chief guest, while noted astrologer and vastu expert Dr Jai Madaan joined the event as a special speaker.
Experts from the fields of real estate, architecture and vastu participated in discussions on various aspects of the industry and shared their views on emerging trends and future opportunities. A special session on the role of vastu in modern real estate drew attention, where Dr Jai Madaan spoke about her experiences and insights.
The conference also featured a fireside chat on ‘The Future of Indian Real Estate’, where speakers discussed the prospects and challenges facing the sector. Real estate expert Yashasvi Shroff conducted a masterclass on digital-era real estate marketing, while architect Bobby Mukherjee shared ideas and perspectives on modern architecture.
Organisers said the conference is expected to create new opportunities for the real estate sector in North Bengal and contribute to the growth and development of the industry.
