BJP brands TMC a “coronavirus” in fiery attack at Bagdogra office launch

Bagdogra, March 19 (Siliguri Chronicle) – Poll activity has intensified in the Matigara–Naxalbari Assembly constituency following the inauguration of a BJP campaign office in Gossainpur, Bagdogra. Darjeeling MP Raju Bista and party candidate Anandamay Barman were present at the event.

Addressing the gathering, Bista launched a sharp attack on the Trinamool Congress, describing the state government as a “coronavirus.” He alleged that people in West Bengal have faced misgovernance and oppression over the past 15 years and claimed that voters are now determined to bring change.

Barman said the BJP is actively reaching out to residents and listening to their concerns. He added that there is a growing demand for change and expressed confidence that voters will support the party in the upcoming elections.
