Red push gains pace as CPI(M)’s Saradindu Chakraborty steps up Siliguri campaign ahead of 2026 polls

Siliguri, March 18 (Siliguri Chronicle) – CPI(M) candidate Saradindu Chakraborty has intensified his campaign across Siliguri just two days after the party announced its list of candidates.

On Wednesday, he visited the Fuleshwari Market area, where he interacted with traders and customers. Accompanied by party workers, Chakraborty reached out to people, seeking their support ahead of the Assembly elections.

During the campaign, he said that the public is preparing for a “silent revolution” in the upcoming polls.

He also claimed that the response from voters has been encouraging, adding that many people have expressed their support through phone calls and messages.
